Raspberry Mint Matcha
Raspberry Mint Matcha Latte
A creamy, antioxidant-rich matcha latte infused with tart raspberries and refreshing mint. This drink blends the earthy richness of Matchaful matcha with fruity brightness and a cooling herbal finish—delicious served iced or warm.
Ingredients:

1 tsp Matchaful matcha powder

¼ cup hot (not boiling) water (~175°F / 80°C)

½ cup fresh raspberries

5–6 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

¾ cup unsweetened almond milk

1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)

Ice (for iced version)
Instructions:

Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy. Set aside.

Blend raspberries, mint, almond milk, and sweetener until smooth.

Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds (optional).
For Iced:
4. Fill a glass with ice, pour in the raspberry-mint milk, then top with matcha. Stir or leave layered.
For Hot:
4. Gently warm the raspberry-mint milk mixture in a saucepan (do not boil), then pour into a mug. Add matcha and stir to combine.
