Chaga Gingerbread Cookies

The holidays are here and with it comes the time to hit the kitchen and bake some of our favorite holiday treats! When it comes to baking we are always looking for ways to boost the nutritional value without sacrificing flavor and nostalgia. Enjoy our Chaga Gingerbread Cookies for a boost of immunity as you power through the rest of the holiday season:

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup arrowroot flour

1/3 cup of molasses 

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut sugar 

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp cinnamon

1tsp of nutmeg 

1tsp of ginger 

2-3 tsp of Anima Mundi Chaga Powder 

Pinch of sea salt 

 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, form dough into small balls on a baking sheet. 

Bake at 350 for 15 mins.
