Haus Chaga Immunity Smoothie

Chaga mushrooms are one of our haus favorites. These nutrient packed mushrooms grow on the bark of birch trees and are loaded with antioxidants, antibacterial and antiviral benefits. Known as the King of Mushrooms, Chaga is an adaptogen that balances the immune system, calms inflammation and supports overall health. Subtle in taste, Chaga has a slight vanilla flavor which makes it an easy ingredient to add to your baked goods, smoothies, coffee and tea. 

As the seasons change we encourage you to start to incorporate Chaga mushrooms into your daily routine. One way to do this is to add it to your morning smoothie. Here’s a recipe for our Haus Chaga Immunity Smoothie. 

 

Haus Chaga Immunity Smoothie

What you'll need:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk or preferred milk 
  • 1 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/4 tsp Chaga powder 
  • Dash of Ceylon cinnamon 
  • 5 drops Reishi Mushrooms 

Directions:

Blend until smooth, pour into your favorite glass
