Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • 2–3 tbsp strawberry jam(homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, or dairy)

  • 1 tsp high quality  Hikari single origin matcha powder

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 2–3 tbsp hot water

  • Ice (if serving cold)

Instructions

1. Place 2–3 teaspoons of strawberry jam into the bottom of your glass or mug.

2.Warm the milk if you want a hot latte, or keep it cold for an iced version. Slowly pour the milk over the jam.

3.In a small bowl or cup, combine Matchaful matcha powder with hot water. Whisk until completely smooth and slightly frothy.

4.Slowly pour the whisked Matchaful matcha over the milk to create a layered green-and-pink effect.

5.Add honey or maple syrup if desired. Stir before drinking, or sip through a straw to enjoy the layers.
